Blend the 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 tablespoon maple syrup until smooth.
Mix the cottage cheese mixture with the ⅔ cup almond flour, ½ c hemp hearts, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ cup chocolate chips, and ¼ c mini marshmallows until well combined.
It can be helpful to wait to add the chocolate chips and marshmallows until the rest of the batter has come together.
