Made with just a few simple ingredients, these high-protein overnight oats are packed with 32g of protein. Plus, with hemp seeds and chia seeds, they also have 12g of fiber. So take 5 minutes to prep this ultra-simple and delicious high-protein breakfast.

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl. Be sure to taste and add more salt or sweetener as desired. NOTE: These will be on the more liquidy side. If you like yours thicker use 2/3 cup of milk.
Leave out the berries if you plan to eat this warmed up. You can add the berries in after you reheat so they cool down the oats and get nice and saucy.
Leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours to set up. Enjoy cold or reheat with a splash of milk and honey. Then top with fresh or frozen berries!
