Made with just 5 ingredients, these chocolate clusters are a better-for-you sweet treat with added protein and fiber thanks to hemp seeds. They also have less sugar, thanks to dark chocolate, and are ready in 15 minutes.

Melt the 2 cups dark chocolate chips and 1/2 cup white chocolate in sepearte microwave safe containers in 30 second increments. Mix each time until smooth. Mix in 1/2 tsp of coconut oil to the dark chocolate and 1/4 tsp of coconut oil tot he white chocolate.
Line a sheet tray with parchemnt paper.
Use the back of a spoon to spread out 6 circles of dark chocolate about 2-3" in diameter on the sheet tray. Drizzle the white chocolate over the top and sprinkle the 1/4 cup hemp seeds on top. Then scoop out 1 tbsp of the jam onto each disk. Drizzle with white chocolate again. Then finish with an even layer of dark chocolate. Finish with the flaky sea salt.
Transfer to the freezer to set up. Once set, remove and store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. Or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
