Why eat a regular bagel when you can eat high protein pumpkin bagel bites dipped in a high protein, creamy dip? These bagel bites are ready in just 10 minutes in the air fryer, and blended cottage cheese is used to boost protein. What you need

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup cottage cheese

tbsp pumpkin puree

tsp vanilla extract

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp cinnamon

1 Blend together the [wprm-ingredient text="3/4 cup cottage cheese" uid="4"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp pumpkin puree" uid="5"], and [wprm-ingredient text="½ tsp vanilla extract" uid="6"] until totally smooth and no curds remain. 2 Mix together the [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup all purpose flour" uid="1"], [wprm-ingredient text="3 tsp baking powder" uid="2"], [wprm-ingredient text="½ tsp salt" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="½ tsp pumpkin pie spice" uid="7"], and [wprm-ingredient text="½ tsp cinnamon" uid="8"] in a large bowl. Then add the cottage cheese mixture and mix together, pressing the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully absorbed. 3 Transfer to a floured surface and form a circle. If it's too wet, knead a bit more flour into it. 4 Cut into 16 even triangles and form each one into a ball. Place on the air fryer tray or in the basket. Mix [wprm-ingredient text="1 egg" uid="9"] and then brush each bagel bite with the egg wash. 5 Air fry for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown and cooked through. It should sound hollow when tapped on.
