What you need

cup greek yogurt

cup rolled oats

tbsp hemp seeds

pinch fine sea salt

tsp maple syrup

cup milk

cup berry mix
Instructions
0 Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl. Be sure to taste and add more salt or sweetener as desired.Leave out the berries if you plan to eat this warmed up. You can add the berries in after you reheat so they cool down the oats and get nice and saucy. 1 Leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours to set up.
