This apple milshake packs 16 grams of protein without protein powder and is ready in 5 minutes. It has all the flavors of fall! Using frozen apples with the skins on keeps the fiber high and doesn't require ice. This means it keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days without the texture being watered down.

What you need

red apple

tsp vanilla extract

cup non-fat greek yogurt

cup low fat cottage cheese

tbsp powdered peanut butter

cup soy milk

tsp ginger

tsp cinnamon

medjool dates
Instructions
0 Dice and freeze your apples as needed. Freeze for at least 6 hours. If your blender has a hard time blending dates, place them in a 1/4 c of hot water and cover. Let them sit for 15 minutes or so to soften then drain off the excess water before adding to the blender. 1 Add everything to a blender and blend well.
