Baked Ground Turkey Sliders with Hawaiian Rolls

0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Brown the [wprm-ingredient text="1 pound ground turkey" uid="1"] in a medium skillet. When it's almost done, mix in the [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp ketchup" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce" uid="4"], [wprm-ingredient text="¾ tsp salt" uid="5"], and [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 tsp pepper" uid="15"] and cook till done. 1 Mix in the [wprm-ingredient text="¼ cup cottage cheese" uid="2"] and 2 of the [wprm-ingredient text="8 slices white cheddar" uid="8"] until melted. 2 Slice the [wprm-ingredient text="12 Hawaiian rolls" uid="7"] (while still intact) horizontally. Pour the turkey mixture over the bottom buns, top with [wprm-ingredient text="1/8 cup white onion diced" uid="6"] and the remaining 6 of the [wprm-ingredient text="8 slices white cheddar" uid="8"]. Top with the top buns. 3 Make the garlic butter mixture by combining [wprm-ingredient text="1 tbsp butter melted" uid="10"], [wprm-ingredient text="1-2 cloves garlic" uid="11"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 tsp parsley" uid="12"], and [wprm-ingredient text="Salt and pepper" uid="13"] to taste (about a pinch).
