What you need

tsp cajun seasoning

tsp olive oil

cup carrot

cup edamame

cup cucumber

cup white rice
cup non-fat greek yogurt

tbsp honey

tbsp sriracha

tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
0 Line your air fryer with foil as needed (more for the toaster style and not the basket style). Dice the [wprm-ingredient text="4 salmon filets" uid="1"] into 1.5" cubes. Combine the salmon cubes with the [wprm-ingredient text="1 tsp olive oil" uid="3"] and [wprm-ingredient text="4 tsp Cajun seasoning" uid="2"] in a large bowl. Work in batches as needed to air fry the salmon for 7 minutes at 400 degrees. You'll know it's done when it's flakey and the internal temp of the salmon reaches 145 degrees. 1 Meanwhile, combine the [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt" uid="8"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp honey" uid="9"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 tbsp sriracha" uid="10"], and [wprm-ingredient text="1 tsp rice vinegar" uid="11"] in a bowl and set aside. Make your rice as needed. I like to use microwave rice to keep this quick! 2 Assemble your bowl with rice, edamame, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and bang bang sauce. Enjoy!View original recipe
