Brownie Protein Fudge (just 6 ingredients!)

coconut oil
cacao powder

chocolate protein powder

hemp seeds

tsp salt

tsp vanilla

0 Soak the [wprm-ingredient text="3/4 c dates" uid="1"] in the hot water for at least 15 minutes (longer if you have a blender that isn't super powerful).Line a 5x7 tupperware with parchment paper or use a silicon mold. 1 Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrap down the sides as needed. This can take anywhere from 2-10 minutes. Keep an eye on it because the long run time can overheat the motor on some blenders.A food processor will handle the blending better but it takes more scraping down the sides. 2 Spread into the small tupperware dish or mold and then let it set in the freezer for at least an hour. 3 Cut and enjoy!View original recipe
