bell pepper

cup chicken sausage

egg nog

cup milk

slice pepperjack cheese

cup chipotle chile
Instructions
0 Dice bell peppers and chicken sausage. Thaw sausage if needed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. 1 Saute peppers and chicken sausage till golden brown. 2 While those cook, add eggs and milk to bowl and whisk together. 3 Transfer bell peppers and sausage to egg mixture and mix together, then transfer to 9x13 inch pan. 4 Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are just set. While the egg bakes, toast the English muffins. 5 After done baking, let the egg bake cool for 5 minutes, then cut into 8 even pieces. 6 Assemble the sandwiches by layering the bottom English muffin slice, egg slice, pepper jack cheese, chipotle sauce (spread on top muffin piece), and top English muffin slice.View original recipe
