Mix these ingredients together, then nestle in [wprm-ingredient text="1.5 lbs chicken thighs" uid="0"] evenly around and place the [wprm-ingredient text="5.3 oz boursin cheese" uid="4"] in the center. 2 Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check to see if the water has evaporated after that time and if there's still some left, bake for another 5 minutes uncovered. 3 Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
