Easy Salmon Patties with Cornmeal

salmon

cornmeal

tbsp greek yogurt

tsp dijon mustard

tsp lemon juice

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp salt

tsp pepper

frying oil
Instructions
0 Heat a pan with oil or butter over medium heat. Add all the ingredients, except the oil to a bowl. Mix well with a fork, lightly mashing the salmon as you mix to create a batter. 1 Shape the salmon mixture into 6 evenly formed patties, about 1/2" thick and 2"-3" in diameter. 2 Transfer these to the hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. They should be slightly darker than golden brown. 3 Remove from the pan and let rest on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess moisture. Enjoy!View original recipe
