What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp cocoa powder

tsp vanilla extract

graham cracker

cup mini marshmallows

oz chocolate chips

tbsp coconut oil

tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
0 Using a heavy object, roughly crush the [wprm-ingredient text="3 graham crackers" uid="4"]. Grab a silicone muffin tin or line a metal muffin tin with liners. 1 Mix the [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup Greek yogurt" uid="0"], [wprm-ingredient text="4 tbsp maple syrup" uid="1"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp cocoa powder" uid="2"], and [wprm-ingredient text="2 tsp vanilla extract" uid="3"] in a large bowl. Add extra maple syrup if desired. 2 Stir in the [wprm-ingredient text="1/4 cup mini marshmallows" uid="5"] and cracker bits with the yogurt mixture. Scoop the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin. It should make 12 clusters. 3 Freeze these for at least an hour. 4 Once frozen, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave. Do this in 30-second increments and while stirring in between. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in a small pan on the stove on low heat. 5 Use a fork to dip each cluster into the melted chocolate mixture, then return to the prepared muffin tin or mold. 6 Return to the freezer for 15-30 minutes or until the chocolate coating shell has set. Then enjoy! You can also transfer to a freezer-safe, airtight container and keep it in the freezer for up to 3 months.View original recipe
