lb breakfast sausage

egg nog

cup vanilla protein powder

cup almond milk

tsp salt

tsp cinnamon

cup coconut sugar

stick margarine
Instructions
0 Prepare by cubbing your [wprm-ingredient text="1 loaf challah bread" uid="0"] and placing it in a 9x11 baking dish, preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and brown the [wprm-ingredient text="1 pound breakfast sausage" uid="1"]. 1 Top the bread with the sausage. Stir it up a bit to mix the sausage and bread evenly. Its common for the bread to be over flowing at this point, just keep pressing it back in. 2 Mix the [wprm-ingredient text="5 eggs" uid="2"], [wprm-ingredient text="¾ cup vanilla protein powder" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 cups almond milk" uid="4"], [wprm-ingredient text="¾ tsp salt" uid="5"], and [wprm-ingredient text="¾ tsp cinnamon" uid="6"] in a bowl and pour over the bread and sausage mixture. The protein powder may not fully mix but that's ok, it will dissolve as it bakes. Use a spoon or spatula to press the bread into, making sure each one has been soaked or coated in the mixture. 3 Melt [wprm-ingredient text="1 stick butter" uid="8"] and mix with the [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup coconut sugar" uid="7"]. Pour this over the casserole evenly. 4 Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.View original recipe
