lb hawaiian rolls

cup maple syrup

tsp table salt

cup greek yogurt

cup pumpkin puree

tbsp vanilla extract

sausage links

tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by greasing it with oil or butter. 1 If your [wprm-ingredient text="10 maple breakfast sausage links" uid="9"] are frozen, microwave all 10 for 3-4 minutes or until they are thawed just enough to chop. Thinly slice or chop them. Dice up the [wprm-ingredient text="1 lb challah bread or hawaiian rolls" uid="2"]. Add both to the baking dish and toss to mix. 2 In a blender, blend together the [wprm-ingredient text="1.5 cups low fat cottage cheese" uid="0"], [wprm-ingredient text="6 eggs" uid="1"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp vanilla extract" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 c pumpkin puree" uid="4"], [wprm-ingredient text="⅓ c maple syrup" uid="5"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 1/2 tsp cinnamon" uid="6"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice" uid="7"], and [wprm-ingredient text="¼ tsp salt" uid="8"] until totally smooth. Pour this over the bread mixture in the pan. Use a large spoon to toss it all together to make sure all the bread is evenly coated. Top with [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp cinnamon sugar" uid="10"] and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Check on it the last 10-15 minutes to see if it's browning too much. If it is, tent with foil. 3 Slice into 9 pieces and top each piece with Greek yogurt and maple syrup as desired.View original recipe
