High Protein Smores Yogurt Parfait

Based on our viral brownie protein parfait, this high protein smores yogurt parfait packs in 20 grams of protein without protein powder!

What you need

tbsp coconut sugar

tbsp cinnamon

tbsp butter
plain greek yogurt

tbsp instant vanilla pudding

tbsp cocoa powder

tbsp chocolate syrup

tbsp marshmallow fluff

chocolate glaze
Instructions
0 Add the crackers, coconut sugar, and cinnamon to a blender, food processor, or freezer plastic bag. Blend or crush until pulverized. 1 Mix this together with the melted butter until you get a wet sand texture. 2 In another bowl, add the yogurt and pudding mix and mix well. 3 In a jar, layer half of the cracker mixture and then half of the yogurt on top. 4 In the remaining yogurt, add the cocoa powder and chocolate syrup and mix well. Add this to the jar, on top of the vanilla yogurt mixture. 5 Finally, top with the remaining cracker mixture and marshmallow fluff. Use a torch to toast this if desired (totally optional but yummy!) and drizzle with additional chocolate syrup. Enjoy!View original recipe
