cup brewed coffee

tsp pumpkin pie spice

tsp cinnamon

pinch cardamom

pinch salt

tbsp honey

tbsp milk

tsp vanilla

0 Brew your [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup brewed coffee" uid="2"] of choice. 1 Blend the [wprm-ingredient text="2 eggs" uid="1"] until well mixed and slightly fluffy, about 30 seconds. 2 Whisk together the [wprm-ingredient text="½ tsp pumpkin pie spice" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="¼ tsp cinnamon" uid="4"], [wprm-ingredient text="pinch cardamom, " uid="5"][wprm-ingredient text="Pinch of salt" uid="6"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp honey" uid="7"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp milk" uid="8"], and [wprm-ingredient text="½ tsp vanilla" uid="9"], and then heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Check if it's at least 180 degrees. If it's boiling, then it's around 212 degrees. 3 Slowly pour in the hot milk mixture while blending the eggs. It should turn a consistent milky color.
