tsp oregano

tsp salt & pepper

cup sundried tomatoes

cup chicken broth

cup cottage cheese

butter beans

cup grated parmesan cheese

tbsp fresh basil

cup baby spinach
tbsp cornstarch

slice sourdough bread
Instructions
1 Brown the [wprm-ingredient text="1 pound Italian pork sausage" uid="1"] over medium heat in a deep pot like a Dutch oven. 2 Add the [wprm-ingredient text="4 garlic cloves," uid="2"] [wprm-ingredient text="½ tsp oregano, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and " uid="3"][wprm-ingredient text="1/4 tsp salt and pepper" uid="4"] when the sausage is almost done cooking. Reduce heat to low to medium and saute for 1 minute or so. 3 Blend together the [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup sundried tomatoes" uid="5"], [wprm-ingredient text="1.5 cups chicken bone broth" uid="6"], and [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup cottage cheese" uid="7"] until smooth. 4 Add the sauce and [wprm-ingredient text="2 15 oz cans butter beans" uid="8"] to the pot with the meat. Stir to combine and bring to a boil while stirring constantly so it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Taste and season with more salt and pepper as needed. 5 Simmer until thickened. If it’s not thickening enough, take a small spoonful out and add it to a small bowl. Mix the [wprm-ingredient text="1 tbsp cornstarch" uid="12"] with this until a thicker mixture forms. Add this back to the full pot of Marry Me sauce and stir to distribute. Continue to simmer until thickened. Taste and add more salt or pepper as desired. 7 Stir in the [wprm-ingredient text="½ cup grated parmesan" uid="9"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp chopped basil" uid="10"], and [wprm-ingredient text="2 cups baby spinach" uid="11"] until the cheese is melted. Enjoy with toasted bread (I love buttered sourdough!).View original recipe
