Mini Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

cup cream cheese

cup powdered peanut butter

egg nog

tsp baking soda

tbsp butter

cup powdered sugar

cup cocoa powder

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp milk

tsp salt
Instructions
To Make the Cupcakes: 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line mini muffin tin with cupcake liners 2 Mix all cupcake ingredients with a hand mixer or stand mixer until well combined 3 Transfer to cupcake tin. Fill ⅔ full 4 Bake for 12-15 minutes. Check that they are cooked through by poking with a toothpick. The toothpick should come out clean. 5 Let the cupcakes come to room temp before storing or frosting.
