What you need

clove garlic clove

tsp salt
lb ground bison

bell pepper

tsp black pepper

cup white cheddar

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp ranch
Instructions
0 Cook the [wprm-ingredient text="2 lbs ground bison" uid="0"] over medium heat in a large skillet or Dutch oven until mostly browned. 1 While the bison cooks, you can make any rice or anything else you wish to serve. Also, finely chop your [wprm-ingredient text="3 bell peppers" uid="1"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1 yellow onion" uid="2"]. I like to use a mandolin to slice them thinnly. 2 Once the bison is mostly browned, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and [wprm-ingredient text="4 cloves garlic" uid="3"], Give everything a good stir and cook for another 5 minutes. 3 Once the peppers have softened and the meat is fully brown, drain any excess liquid (if desired, not necessary). Then, mix in [wprm-ingredient text="3 tbsp ranch seasoning" uid="5"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tsp red pepper flakes" uid="6"], [wprm-ingredient text="1/4 tsp salt" uid="7"], and [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 tsp black pepper" uid="8"], and top with shredded [wprm-ingredient text="3/4 cup white cheddar cheese" uid="4"]. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. 4 Enjoy this skillet on it's own or serve with rice or on a sandwich!View original recipe
