Instructions
0 Add the [wprm-ingredient text="3/4 cup cashew butter" uid="2"] and [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp coconut oil" uid="4"] to a large microwave-safe large bowl. Heat for 30 seconds to soften them. Mix well to combine. Add [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup oats" uid="0"], [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 cup almond flour" uid="1"], [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 cup hemp hearts" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="1.5 tbsp maple syrup" uid="5"], and [wprm-ingredient text="1/4 tsp salt" uid="6"]. Stir to combine. Then, stir in the [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 cup mini chocolate chips" uid="7"]. Transfer to an 8x8 pan that’s lined with parchment paper. Use your hand or a spatula to smooth out the top. Pop it in the freezer to chill for at least 1 hour. 1 While that’s cooling, you can make the optional chocolate drizzle. To do this, melt the [wprm-ingredient text="1/4 cup mini chocolate chips" uid="9"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1 tbsp coconut oil" uid="10"] in a bowl in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted. Stir in between. 2 Once the bars have set up, cut into 9 even squares and drizzle with optional chocolate. Then, enjoy!View original recipe
