Serves 45 mins prep20 mins cook
When you need a quick and delish breakfast that feels fancy but you know everyone will love, you need this protein dutch baby! It's all blended up and then poured into a pan and baked. That's literally it! It's so decadent (without a bunch of added sugar), topped with Skyr yogurt, and it packs 30 grams of protein (yes, without protein powder)!

What you need

cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp salted butter

cup cottage cheese

pinch salt

cup plain yogurt

egg

cup berry mix
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 1 Butter an 8x14 inch pan. Put it in the oven for 3 minutes to heat up when the temperature reaches around 415 degrees. 2 Blend the [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup all-purpose flour" uid="0"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 cup cottage cheese" uid="1"], [wprm-ingredient text="6 eggs" uid="2"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 tsp vanilla" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp salted butter" uid="4"], and [wprm-ingredient text="1 pinch salt" uid="5"] in a blender for about 45 seconds. 3 Pour the batter into the pan and return to the oven to bake for 17-20 minutes. 4 Remove from the oven, top with [wprm-ingredient text="3 cups frozen mixed berries" uid="6"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1.5 cups Skyr yogurt" uid="8"], and enjoy! Skyr yogurt is less tangy than Greek, which is great for a sweet breakfast like this.View original recipe
