tsp salt & pepper

cup butter

fresh sage

cup parmesan
Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove the stems from the [wprm-ingredient text="2 cup green beans" uid="2"] and cut into 2-3" lengths. Slcie the [wprm-ingredient text="4 chicken sausage" uid="1"]. 1 Add the [wprm-ingredient text="2 tbsp olive oil" uid="3"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 tsp salt and pepper" uid="4"] to a large bowl with the green beans and [wprm-ingredient text="16 oz potato gnocchi" uid="0"]. Toss to coat. 2 Lay the gnocchi and green beans on 3/4ths of the large rimmed sheet tray and the sausage on the other part. Everything should be in one single layer. Bake for 15 minutes. 3 While that bakes, make the sauce. Heat [wprm-ingredient text="1/4 cup butter" uid="5"] and [wprm-ingredient text="5 leaves fresh sage" uid="6"] over low to medium heat, stiring constantly. As the butter starts to bubble it will turn golden brown and brown flecks will appear. Remove from heat and keep stiring another 1-2 minutes. Set aside until ready to use. 4 Remove the tray from the oven and drizzle the brown butter over everything. Evenly sprinkle the [wprm-ingredient text="1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs" uid="7"] and [wprm-ingredient text="1/3 cup parmesan" uid="8"] over the top of that. Return to the oven to bake for 5 more minutes, broiling on high for the last 2-3 minutes.View original recipe
