Serves 610 mins prep20 mins cook
Move over, Starbucks, there's a new on-the-go high-protein breakfast in town, and it's these spinach egg white wraps. Inspired by the Starbucks ones, these pack in way more protein, tons of flavor, and are quick to make at home on just a sheet tray.

Instructions
3 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 0 In a large bowl, mix the [wprm-ingredient text="32 oz egg whites" uid="0"], [wprm-ingredient text="16 oz 1% fat cottage cheese" uid="1"], [wprm-ingredient text="4 tsp garlic powder" uid="2"], [wprm-ingredient text="4 tsp Italian seasoning" uid="3"], [wprm-ingredient text="1 tsp sundried tomato oil" uid="5"], and [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 tsp salt and pepper" uid="4"]. 1 Add the [wprm-ingredient text="2 cups spinach" uid="7"] (chopped) and [wprm-ingredient text="1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes" uid="6"] to a quarter sheet tray (9x13 in), then pour the egg mixture over the top onto the tray. (The tray will be really full!) 2 Top evenly with [wprm-ingredient text="1/2 cup mozzarella cheese" uid="10"] and [wprm-ingredient text="6 oz feta cheese" uid="8"]. Bake for 20 minutes. 4 Remove from oven (it will be puffed up over the tray, which we like!). Slice into 6 pieces. Then, wrap each piece in the sundried tomato wraps. Enjoy!View original recipe
