oz sweetened coconut

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

cup apricot jam
Instructions
0 Add all ingredients, except apricot jam, to a blender or food processor. 2 Blend until smooth and fluffy, usually 1-2 minutes 4 Pour into freezer safe container, like a bread pan 6 Add apricot jam in small spoonfuls and swirl into the cream 8 Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight 10 Enjoy!View original recipe
